Refund Policy

An AstraCosmo report is a personalized digital product generated from your birth data and quiz answers. We want you to be happy with it. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.

Nature of the personalized product

Because every report is generated specifically for you, you waive your statutory 14-day EU cooling-off right for digital content at checkout under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive - as soon as generation begins.

Revisions

If you're unhappy with specific sections of your report, contact us within 14 days with concrete feedback. We regenerate those sections at no cost.

Quality issues

If your report has clear defects (correct birth data entered but miscalculated, corrupt PDF, unreadable content), you get either a full refund or a fresh report - your choice.

Failed delivery

Reports are usually delivered within a few minutes. If yours doesn't arrive within an hour, check your spam folder first, then contact us; we redeliver or refund.

Processing

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method - usually visible within 5–10 business days.

Email support@astracosmo.com with your order number and a short description. We reply within 24 hours.
