Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your orders and your use of astracosmo.com. By using our site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

1. The Company

2. What we sell

We create personalized digital astrology reports (PDF) based on the customer's birth data and quiz answers. Reports are digital content, not physical goods.

3. Placing an order

Completing checkout on Whop creates a legally binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you provide; calculations are based on what you enter.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Whop (credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal and others). Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable EU VAT, which Whop collects and remits.

5. Delivery

Your report is delivered by email within a few minutes of payment as a PDF download link and a link to your private delivery page. The download link remains active for 90 days.

6. Digital delivery & EU cooling-off waiver

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you expressly waive your 14-day cooling-off right the moment we begin generating your personalized report. You agree to immediate performance after payment.

7. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. If your report doesn't feel personal, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.

8. Content you provide

You warrant that the birth data you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. You retain ownership of your input.

9. Ownership of the report

The delivered report is for your personal, non-commercial use. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, models and design assets.

10. Prohibited uses

You must not use our service for unlawful purposes, resell reports, or run automated systems to scrape it.

11. Not medical, legal or financial advice

Reports are for self-reflection and entertainment. They do not replace medical, therapeutic, legal or financial advice.

12. Warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

Estonian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

14. Dispute resolution

15. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email.
